On Friday 3/12/2021 @7:00pm PST the Cloud Workspace admin portal will be updated to the latest version. The upgrade process will take approximately 15 minutes. During this time admin users will not be able to reset passwords or create new users but standard cloud connectivity will be unaffected.

If you've previously been using the URL https://legacy.manage.cloudworkspace.com to access the admin portal you'll need to update to https://viewpoint.partner.manage.cloudworkspace.com after the upgrade.

This scheduled maintenance affected: North America (ProContractor Cloud, Viewpoint Enterprise Cloud, Viewpoint for Cloud) and Australia / New Zealand (Viewpoint Enterprise Cloud).
