We would like to inform you that a Jobpac Connect patch 2026.1.2 will be deployed to all Jobpac customers on Friday, 17th April 2026. at 5PM AEDT.
There will be no down time for this installation.
The details of the changes are:
Module - Accounts Payable [Fix] Invoices in status ‘Linked to SC Claim AND Sent for Approval’ in the Invoice Approval screen were not showing the correct colour of pink. - Internal Issue
[Fix] Selections are not cleared when returning after taking the Action option to ‘Approve all Filtered at Detail Level’ in Invoice Approvals. - Internal Issue
[Fix] Ability to add BPAY reference at Invoice Registration (system parameter INVREG/position 16) should not be conditioned on system parameter OTHPAY/position 2 being set to ‘Y’. - Internal Issue
[Fix] Some PAYADVICE* tabs are incorrectly appearing in the Related Content in AP Enquiry details screen. - Internal Issue
Module - Accounts Receivable [Fix] Unable to print AR Sundry Invoices due to program failure. - Issue# 4413
Module - Business Forecasting [Fix] Program failures when running the following reports: - BFM Trading Summary Report - BFM Trading Summary Detail Report - BFM Contract Trading Forecast Detail Report - Internal Issue
Module - Fixed Assets [Fix] Forecast Depreciation Report does not end and the session cannot be used. - Issue# 4102
[Fix] Session freezes when multiple users try to access the ‘Dispose of Fixed Asset’ screen. - Internal Issue
Module - Payroll [Fix] ETS by Job is picking up the wrong employee rate when a combination of employees is entered. - Issue# 2818
Module - Progress Claims [Fix] Session freezes when multiple users try to access ‘PC & Provisional Sums Entry/Authorisation’ for the same job. - Internal Issue
Module - Purchasing [Fix] Session freezes when multiple users try to access the Purchase Order Deletion function. - Internal Issue
Module - PVRS [Fix] Deleting a supplier product does not delete the associated supplier/product rates. - Issue# 3250
Module - System Administration [Enhancement] Change the visibility (accessibility) of certain commands from the accelerator command scan.
[Fix] Allow the database copy utility to only copy 1 database. - Internal Issue
Module - Variations [Fix] SC Variation Approvals do not work for variations with variation group 00. - Issue# 3773
