Jobpac Connect is transitioning from the Viewpoint Support Portal to the new BuildingPoint Help Centre for all Jobpac Support and Professional Services requests.
From 24th September: All new support requests must be submitted via the BuildingPoint Help Centre The Viewpoint portal will no longer be monitored for new Jobpac cases Existing cases will continue to be resolved, and you’ll be notified if any cases are moved to the BuildingPoint Help Centre
What’s changing for your organisation: A designated Full access user from your organisation has been asked to confirm who should have access to the new Help Centre. Once confirmed, approved users will be able to log tickets
You will still be able to: Access past cases and knowledge base content in the Viewpoint portal Submit requests via BuildingPoint Help Centre once access is confirmed by your organisation’s Full access contact
