The issue causing a "Could not send invoice" error has been resolved as of 10:15am Pacific time. All invoices can now be sent via the "Send to Vista/Spectrum" button.

The issue will be investigated as part of our RCA process to prevent or mitigate it in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
